Ashkan is a software architect and computational designer focused on agent-based development systems for the AEC industry.
He is the lead developer of a specialized architectural platform, where he pioneered a multi-agent “Hive” approach to building production-grade architectural kernels. His work explores how specialized AI agents can be orchestrated to solve complex problems across CAD integration, GPU-accelerated computation, and urban morphology. Trained as both an architect and technologist, Ashkan holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Aarhus School of Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Art, Tehran. This dual foundation informs a practice that tightly couples computational theory with real-world design constraints. Since joining Henning Larsen in 2021 as a Digital Workflow Specialist, he has led the diagnosis and resolution of critical platform-level software failures, automated hundreds of billable hours through custom tooling, and stabilized core design systems used across large-scale architectural projects. His broader research and development work focuses on redefining the role of the architectural developer from tool builder to orchestrator of domain-specific intelligence.
